Kim Stafford

Kim Stafford is the founding director of the Northwest Writing Institute and the William Stafford Center at Lewis & Clark College. His most recent books include The Muses Among Us: Eloquent Listening and Other Pleasures of the Writer’s Craft and A Thousand Friends of Rain. He considers the Columbia River watershed his home ground, and he lives in Portland, Oregon, with his wife and children.
